From the train Station Heemstede-Aerdenhout, take bus 80 to Zandvoort. Get off at the stop Westerduinweg in Bentveld. Walk through the Bramenlaan and Duinrooslaan, along manege Naaldenhof, then you reach the Scoutcentre Naaldenveld.

With the truck or bus:

Coaches, buses and big trucks can not reach the Naaldenveld parking lot, they can also not turn at the end of the Zuidlaan. In the neighbourhood is enough free parking space, such as on the Naaldenveldweg, crossing Zuidlaan and Grenslaan.
