A unique campsite, located in the forest, near Haarlem, Amsterdam and near the dunes and the beach of Zandvoort. This campsite is the property of Scouting Netherlands and is run by volunteers. 'Labelterrein' is the hallmark of Scouting Netherlands. Campsites that are 'labelterrein' conform to the guidelines of Scouting Netherlands and support camping for Scouts.
The Naaldenveld covers a dune area of 18 ha. planted with pine, deciduous trees and shrubs. The area borders the dunes and the public forest 'Naaldenveld' (Landscape of North Holland). The Naaldenveld has a total of 30 fields ranging from large group campsites to small fields suitable for a few tents. Because of the vegetation with deciduous and coniferous wood and the elevated terrain, each group has its privacy. The site is open to members of Scouting from all over the world (Scouts en Gidsen Vlaanderen, DPSG or other forein scouting-organisations like WOSM, WAGGGS, ISGF).
Come face to face with the deer, experience challenging adventures together and play in the forest, dunes or on the beach. Discover Naaldenveld!
